
Wow, this subject is kinda large (and I'm designing this section "on the fly"), so I'll probably be making quite a few modifications to this section as we go along. Right now, I'll put in some place holders.....*UNDER CONSTRUCTION*
First off, GET THE BOOK!!!! "What book?" you ask? Well, the best book I've read so far for sausage making is Great Sausage Recipes and Meat Curing, by Rytek Kutas (boy, if I had some deal with Amazon right now I could link it for cash....um, nevermind) Anyway, this is THE BOOK for teaching you all you ever needed to know about making sausage, as well as all the things I'm going to attempt to touch on as we go. It also has TONS of recipes for every type of sausage and cured-meat product you can think of. I'll wait here whilst you get a copy........................................................oh yeah, you gotta read it too........................DOH!
