Chiles - Homemade Pickles and HotSauce
Ingredients:
Red Jalapenos, F-1
SuperChiles, and maybe some Serranos, each pricked with a toothpick.

White Vinegar, heated
to almost boiling

1 ts Salt

Fresh Basil
-
Fresh Thyme
-
Squeeze of lime juice.
Put all the ingredients in a jar and
pour the hot vinegar over it. Mix it up, cool it down, and
refrigerate. In a few days, they'll be ready to eat.
